Tsandza Mixed Moya Bamboo Scarf - Crimson
Throw on a scarf - not just any old scarf, but a soft, beautifully colored scarf made just for you by artisans in Africa. They hand-dye bamboo fiber, weaving it on looms into this beautiful scarf, inserting mohair accents, and adding coordinating fringe knotted by hand. This luxurious scarf will bring a touch of Africa to your wardrobe, reminding you of the artisans who gain employment with every scarf they create.
First established in 1979, Tsandza Weaving is a social enterprise that produces high quality products, handwoven in pure natural fibers by talented artisans in rural Eswatini (formerly Swaziland).
Every part of Tsandza’s production processes are done by hand. This means every item they make is unique and exclusive to you. Their impact on the environment is greatly reduced, and it also means they need many hands…..ensuring they continue to be a vital source of training and income generation for many rural women.
Materials: 100% bamboo with mohair accents.
Dimensions: 71" long x 16" wide.
Fairly traded and handmade in Eswatini.
