The word 'Escama' means 'fish scales' in Portuguese; the name was chosen because their flagship product -- crocheted accessories with post-consumer pull tabs -- appear as if they're made from big metallic scales of a fish. Escama Studio measures its success by the strength of their partnership with women artisans in a cooperative outside of Brasilia, Brazil.
Dimensions: 4" high x 8" wide x 1" deep (expandable). Includes fabric lining, nylon zipper. Detachable nylon wristlet strap measures 6" long. Includes a high quality lobster clasp.
