Kenyan Bone Tea Spoon
Kenyan artisans hand carve beautiful tea spoons from bleached cow bone, hand dyed using a wax batik method. Each spoon serves beautifully and adds a cultural aspect to the tabletop.

Upon returning to the US in 1995, she founded her company and named it in honor of the people of East Africa whose artistry inspired her. Swahili now has a large network that includes individual markers, export agents, and micro-enterprises in nations all over Africa.
